$600 per seat
- 4 hours – online or in person, offered monthly
- $100 discount available for additional participants from the company
- One hour of additional consulting included (Additional hours are billed at $150/hr)
Advisory Package:
$1500+
- Minimum 3 months engagement
- Monthly strategy meeting with actionable plan/goals, once per month
- Email and phone support
- Up to 4 Projects of Focus annually (i.e Profit First implementation, Budgeting, ProjectCosting, Strategic Pricing, etc)
